A: Simply browse our website, add your favourite items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for all orders. Most parcels arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch, but please allow a little extra time during busy periods.

Q: How much is delivery?
A: Standard UK delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class is £3.95 per order. Your shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?
A: Currently, we only post within the UK and do not offer international delivery.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
